What is the delivery time of the products?
The delivery of products in stock is made throughout Romania by courier, usually within 3
working days after order confirmation, except for public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances
which may cause delays.
Can products be exchanged?
If you wish to exchange a purchased product, the exchange can be made either in our physical premises or online at
subject to stock availability. A product can only be exchanged for another product of equal or
greater value. Exchanged products must be accompanied by the necessary documents and be in new, unused condition.
